Chaim Cahane

Chaim started his real estate career early on while attending Brooklyn College in NY. From an early age, Chaim was extremely entrepreneurial. At his first real estate job with Hunter Realty, Mr. Cahane was one of the most active dealmakers in the iconic Lincoln Building. Forte Capital Management, LLC is the cultivation of experience in sourcing, underwriting, financing, acquiring, and repositioning assets. Our sole intention is to acquire assets with which we believe have a value-add component. Since inception we have been involved in north of $500MM of transactional volume in various asset classes. FCM invests its own equity alongside all its investors. We understand the importance of “having skin in the game”

Dov Tepper

Director Of Acquisitions

Dov started his real estate career in 2010 in New York City, working for one of the most prolific brokers of all time at Rosewood Realty Group. In 2015, Dov moved back down to south Florida, where he grew up, and began to lead Acquisitions for Forte. Dov has grown accustom to identifying and sourcing assets with potential for repositioning and growth. He has been instrumental in expanding and adding value to the FCM portfolio as the company continues to grow.
